Cause of Establishment:
The Temple was constructed on the 9th day the bright half of Shrawana in the Samvat year 1811 (1824 A.D.). The Founder of this temple was Mohan Dass ( Salim Singh Thakur of village Julias). Shri Mohan Dass was a great devotee of Lord Hanuman Ji. He practiced great penance and ascetism at the place where presently the temple of Hanuman Ji stands. It’s said that in his dream Lord Hanuman Ji appeared before him in a very strange shape. Inspired by this dream Mohan Dass constructed this temple of Hanuman Ji here and at his inspiration his descendants Shri Kani Ram Ji and Ishwardass Ji renovated this temple. The Strange thing about Hanuman Ji was that he appeared in the dream of Mohan dass in an ununusal way.
He Had moustache and beard and in this way this figure of Hanuman Ji is a unique one in the entire country of Hindustan.

       
Brief of the Diety:

While other dieters are also worships here, the principal deity is Lord Hanuman Ji who receives veneration of millions of devotees here.As has been said earlier, the idol of Shri Hanuman Ji is different from all other idols of Shri Hanuman Ji. Here we can see the round face of Shri Hanuman Ji having moustache and beared.

Followers of Sanctum Sanctorum (eternal religion of Hindu) come to the temple for a darshan and for prayers.

The temple is very big magnificent and splendid. White marble has been used in the construction of temple. In the entire circumambulatory path and sabhamandap (prayer hall) and also in the sanctum sanctorum gold and silver work artistically and elegantly done can be seen. Even the vestibule is made of silver and so are the doors and pooja utensils. On the main gate carving work of white marble has been done with immaculate perfection. The floral patterns and other kinds of mosaic works done in gold and silver further add to the beauty and richness of the temple. The idols also are of a high quality sculpture.

Religious aspects of temple:

The aim of the temple is to propagate the devotion of Lord Hanuman and thereby the devotion of Lord Ram. Regular worship of the temple, time Aarati, arrangement for Savamanies (Dal,Churma, Bati prepared with atleast 50 kgs. Of Atta), feasting of Brahmins and other mendicants, recitation of Ramayan Keertan, Bhajans, arrangement of stay for the visitors are the regular activities of the temple. On every Tuesday Sunderkand is recited in union by the singers.

Unique features of the temple:

The Temple creation was an out-comes of the dream which Mohandass ji had. To him Lord Hanuman Ji appeared to in a beardedform. This is believed that the idol of Hanuman Ji worshiped here was recovered from the ground. Not only people from neighbouring areas but also visitors from across the country come to pay their visit.Thousands of Visitors choose to come on feet, some on prostrated movement that shows the intensity of devotion which devoteed have for Lord Hanuman Ji.

Festivals & Fairs in Temple (Main Events):

Here Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated on the 9th day of the bright half of Shrawan. It's the day of foundation of the idol. A great celebration is also held on 13th day of the dark half of Ashwin to observe the death anniversary of Shri Mohandass Ji . A part from these Chaitra Poornima and Sharad Poornima are also observed.

Custom & Traditions of Temple:

This temple is visited by all specially by Hindus. Brahmins of Dadhicha clan are priests of this temple. If Someone wants to offer a Savamany, there are arrangements within the temple campus for preparation of food and when it has been prepared this is offered first to the deity and then it is distributed to the feasters. The management of the temple is done by the trust of the temple who not only maintains the temple but also performs many public works and private public facilities such as Road, Water supply, Charitable Hospitals etc.
