Cause of Establishment:
The temple was got constructed by Queen Ranawatji wife of then Maharaja Shri Ratan Singhji. Ranawatiji is known by the name Dadiji Ajab Kunwarji. She was a devotee of Lord Krishna and in a vein of inspiration she decided to get the temple constructed.

The idol of Lord Krishna is enshrined in the temple and he is the deity worshiped. This idol is cast in alloy of metals.

The temple belongs to the Vaishnava Sect and the worship is also conducted in Vaishnava tradition.

The buildings adjacent to the temple are worn down and they demand immediate repair work. The temple is held high in esteem by the people of the surrounding areas.
