Cause of Establishment:
In North India, there is no Venkateshwar temple except here in Sujangarh. Lord Venkateshwar is worshiped in South India by all. Shri Tirupati Balaji is known by the name of Venkateshwar. People from throughout the country visit the temple of Triupati Balaji hence Shri Venkateshwar Foundation Trust decided to build this temple in North India.

       
Brief of the Diety:

The principal deity of the temple is of Lord Venkateshwar. By his side is the statue of Shri Vishnu and on either side Bhudevi and Laxmi. These deities are worshiped in the South Indian tradition. At one side of the temple is Padmawati while on the other side is Godadevi. In this temple, the priest, the other servers and various post holders are all South Indian Brahmins. In the sacred inner temple, the idol of Lord Venkateshwar in black stone stands. On one side is Bhudevi while on the other side is Laxmiji. Between the two is the idol of Shri Vishnu.

Hindus following the Sanatan dharma worship the deity here.

Important Architectural Characteristics:

The temple is built in South Indian style of Architecture. The Shikhar of the inner temple has on it statuettes of Gods and Goddesses. The hall of the inner temple is made of marble. There is a Sabha mandap and also a beautiful Gopuram and elevated Shikhar which is flat at the top.

Total Construction Time: The temple took 7 years to be built.
Religious aspects of temple:

Worship is performed in the tradition of South India and all rules and rituals of South India are observed. From time to time preachers and Katha narrators also come.

Unique features of the temple:

As has been told the style of the temple is South Indian and its worship is also in keeping with the South Indian customs. Even the Pujaries are also South Indian Brahmins. The bhoga of the deity is prepared everyday and rice is the staple food. On every Saturday there is a ritual wash. By way of Prasad Seera(porridge) is distributed
