Cause of Establishment:
This is an ancient temple. It was repaired and renovated by Maharaja Ganga Singh Ji of Bikaner. The Maharaja was devoted to Goddess Bhadra Kali, one of the many forms Durga Assumed.

The Temple belongs to the Shakti Sect.A 2’6 high stone idol of Kali is built. Around the statue are the ornamented brackets.

The Temple has a High Shikhar of a rounded shape. While the temple has no circumambulatory path. It has a Sabha Mandapa or a prayer hall. A Verandah, a sacrum sanctorum and a Kitchen are also there. A part from these all time are two rooms.

Bhadrakali is one of the many names of Shri Durga.In argala stotra, this name of Shri Durga has been invoked with Jaymati,Mangale and Kali.Thus Bhadrakali is diffrent from kali in that She accept bhadra(Good)to give it to her devotees.This temple of Bhadrakali is built in the flow area of ghaggar river which is saraswati described in the vedas and puranas.

The Temple is built in the flow course of the Ghagghar River. This river was known as Saraswati River, which used to flow in the pauranic times. In the areas of the Sindhu valley civilisation are found. This place being in the vicinity ganga nagar district, Haryana and Panjub can be developed in to a beautiful tourism spot. The Temple is quite ancient and stands in the bed of the Gagghar hence it is exposed to the threat of being washed away.
