The
idols of Lord Krishna and his consort Radhika are
enshrined here. One of the names of Lord Krishna is
Ranchhor also. Krishna was named so when in his fight
against Jarasandh, he fled away form the battle field
and went to Dwarka.

almost 30 ft. high. The Arati of this temple is visible

Maharani
Jadeji was a devotee of Lord Krishna and when marriage,
she came to Jodhpur from her father’s she not only
brought her personal deity Lord Krishna Ranchhodji , but
the pujaris as well. These Pujaris have settled in
Jodhpur for God. Descendants of this family are the
Pujaris of this temple.
