Cause of Establishment:
Lord Ganesh is the first god to be worshipped in the beginning of every religious ritual and rite. Religious faith and the first place assigned to Lord Ganesh Ji must have been the cause to establish the temple.

       
Brief of the Diety:

The idol of Lord Ganesh is said to have emerged automatically. This is a human size idol and it is North facing .A long mouth the idol of Ganesh there are two idols of Riddhi and Siddhi. Ganesh means the Lord of the Ganas or troops of inferior deities attending upon Shiva. Lord Ganesh is the Son of Shiva and Paravti .He is the god of wisdom and remover of obstacles. Riddhi means prosperity and Siddhi means accomplishment.

Religious sect to which the temple belongs:

Sanatan sect of Hindus In the south –west quarter of the city of Jodhpur there is a hill on the top of which stands this temple. This is made of stone.

Architecture of the Temple:

Issues requiring global attention for conservation, protection and improvement of the temple:

The courtyard and campus of the temple is much smaller as compared to the vast number of devotees and visitors. This requires to be more spacious and accommodative. For this iron pillars may be erected on the hill side to claim more space .The exit is also narrow , Causing much in convenience to the visitors .These may be the issues to be taken up for redressal.
